This is a short recap I shot and edited of 2x Grammy nominated Jesse Royal’s performance at Reeds Festival 2025. The reel runs 44 seconds and opens with Jesse breaking the fourth wall, declaring: “Rasta run the world.” From there, the energy stays sharpquick transitions, handheld camera work, and a stage-level perspective that puts you right in the middle of the performance.
I focused on capturing the vibe from the musicians’ point of view, with tight frames, dynamic motion, and a soundbite from Jesse’s set driving the pace.
As part of the same assignment, we also shot concert photography. The goal was to bottle up the raw, live energy of Jesse’s performance and show what it felt like to experience it from the stage itself.
